Government is increasingly a key stakeholder and purchaser of core services from Hear and Say. Shane and his team at RedTape Busters guided and supported us, so we could tailor our recent Regional Development Australia Fund (RDAF) application to the needs of this audience. It was a complex application, and we had a small window before the submission deadline. RedTape Busters expertise and knowledge was invaluable and they became an integral part of the Hear and Say team. Led by Shane, his team worked seamlessly with all members of the Hear and Say project team. Shane has a very practical approach to delivery. He provides astute and timely advice and support which was key to us submitting a great application under significant time and resource pressure.
