RJM Vertebrate Pest Control (RJMVPC) contacted Shane of Red Tape Buster’s for drafting a council tender for Animal Control.
RJMVPC’s owner/operator Robert Marchment was put into contact with Paul Redmond of Red tape Busters. This letter is of major appreciation to Paul for the successful winning of the Gympie Council Animal Control Tender. This tender turned out to be abit complex in some areas, but with Paul’s ability to put himself in the shoes of any trade through his life experiences and tender writing expert, he helped achieve the results needed to win!
From the start Paul was very clear in what was needed after reading the tender, and after initial assessment of what I had provided to him he worked on filling in the gaps expertly.
Paul kept into contact with myself constantly throughout the process by email and phone, always with new updates and his work ethic in regards to this I find exceptional. I expect high standards in my business and can say Paul and Red Tape Busters far exceeded those expectations and achieved the result.
